If you've ever worked in a small office you would have noticed a common problem where everyone's desk has it's own outbox, or action area. Well, this may not be a problem, but it's a little inefficient. Particularly if some of those people aren't exactly organized.
This doesn't happen over at the Behance office. They decided to create an Action Area where anything that requires action - letters, packages or cookies - is kept for anyone who happens to walk by to action.
A simple concept that will immediately draw the entire workplace to attention. If there was an improvement to be made, it could be to separate the area into things to do Today and things to do Tomorrow. Now if it's approaching the end of the day and there is still something on the table, it'll get done. Or at least pushed to the Tomorrow section.
